  • Associate Mechanical Engineer

    An Associate will form part of the senior management team and will be responsible for leading a team internally.


    As a Team Coordinator an Associate will be act as line manager to all members of their team and will be responsible for the general welfare, workload, and day to day management of each team member.


    In addition, an Associate will act as Project Lead across several projects, responsible for the management of fees and resources for the project, as well as leading the design and coordination.


    An Associate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills and will be responsible for the management of fees and resources for all projects within their team, whether they are directly involved in the project or not. An Associate will be responsible for the successful delivery of all projects in their team.

  • Principal Electrical Engineer

    A principal engineer will act as Project Lead across several projects and in addition will lead the engineering design across other projects.


    As a Project Lead a principal engineer will be responsible for the management of fees and resources for the project, as well as leading the design and coordination. A principal engineer will be responsible for the successful delivery of the projects they are leading.


    With at least 8 years’ experience, a principal engineer will be confident in the development of the engineering design including design concepts, calculations and production of drawings, specification, and schedules. A principal engineer will take responsibility for delivering at each stage of a project and will supervise the work of junior engineers in the team to this end.

  • Graduate Mechanical Engineer

    A graduate mechanical engineer will support senior engineers on the production of building services design information including sketches, drawings, calculations, and technical schedules.


    A good engineering degree is essential as well as some background knowledge of building services and environmental design, though as a graduate engineer with no previous experience it is expected that the candidate will develop their skills through supervision and in house training.


    Within the first year of employment a graduate will learn how to create 2D drawings using AutoCAD software and gain experience of 3D modelling of building services using REVIT software.

  • Graduate Electrical Engineer

    A graduate electrical engineer will support more senior engineers on the production of building services design information including sketches, drawings, calculations, and technical schedules.


    A good engineering degree is essential as well as some background knowledge of building services and building management / control system design, though as a graduate engineer with no previous experience it is expected that the candidate will learn the majority of the skills required on the job through in house training.


    Within the first year of employment a graduate will learn how to create 2D drawings using AutoCAD software and gain some experience of 3D modelling of building services using REVIT software.
