Loveday Belgravia is a beautifully designed new-build care home, created to transform senior living in the heart of London. Situated in central Belgravia, this wellness-led nursing home offers 44 private residences, providing a welcoming place to call home for those undergoing treatment for dementia.

From the outset, sustainability has been at the core of the project. The all-electric design incorporates photovoltaic panels at roof level, air source heat pumps, and enhanced biodiversity measures to minimise environmental impact.

Spanning seven floors, this building features several healthcare-focused amenities, including a gym and hydro treadmill for rehabilitation alongside a cocktail lounge, art studio, hair salon and a communal lounge on every floor.

Collaboration has been central to bringing Loveday Belgravia to life. We worked in partnership with EPR Architects, Amazon Property, and Form Structural Design to deliver this purpose-driven project.
