Sustainable and Community Centred Co-living
Clarendon Road will be the first co-living development set to transform the London borough of Haringey. With planning permission recently secured, this project will feature 212 co-living units above 1,500 square metres of commercial space, with the whole building spanning nine stories. The scheme is on track to achieve BREEAM Excellent and meet the Well Standard for improved Heath & Wellbeing.
Our Role
Working alongside J Group, PRP Architects, and Q Square, Integration is responsible for the full mechanical and electrical design and:
- Energy and sustainability statement.
- Overheating analysis (TM59 and TM52).
- Operational energy assessments (TM54) and Be Seen projections.
- Whole life carbon assessment.
- Circular economy reporting.

The Value of Co-Living for Communities
The demand for co-living developments continues to rise as cities seek innovative solutions to address the UK’s housing shortage. In high-density areas like Haringey, co-living offers an affordable and community-driven alternative to traditional housing.
Designed with sustainability and social connection in mind, Clarendon Road will provide residents with private living spaces alongside thoughtfully designed communal areas, fostering a strong sense of community while supporting a zero-carbon future. By incorporating whole life carbon strategies and circular economy principles, this development is built to be both future-proof and environmentally responsible.
At Integration, we’re proud to contribute to a project that not only enhances the local community but also sets a benchmark for best practices in sustainable residential design.
