
The site, set within the Old Oak Common regeneration area, is situated alongside the Grand Union Canal and Scrubs Lane.

The development provides approximately 150 residential apartments split across two blocks, and 630m² of commercial and retail space adjacent to the canal.

Roof mounted air source heat pumps provide 100% of the space heating and domestic hot water demand and are connected to communal thermal stores that will be configured for Demand Side Response.

Integration supported the scheme to planning and provided energy and sustainability statements, overheating analysis, BREEAM pre-assessment, external lighting assessment, circular economy statement, as well as building services engineering design.
