Vabel Lawrence

This mixed use development comprises the construction of three buildings of 7, 5 and 3 storeys, to provide 47 residential units with commercial space at ground floor.

Integration provided the environmental strategy and detailed building services design. As part of the design process, we carried out whole life costing in order to determine the most cost-effective means to provide space heating to the site while still meeting the London Plan carbon emission standards. This included evaluating both centralised and individual supply options in terms of both construction costs and ongoing costs to occupiers.
