
The project saw the refurbishment of 350 rooms and the ground floor amenity spaces for a high-spec 4-star hotel.
Integration provided M&E consultancy services and on site support and was responsible for the refurbishment of all building services in the main reception, dining and bar areas as well as the hotel rooms.

The brief required the building to remain fully operational during the works. To allow this, the team worked closely with the client and the contractor to carry out the refurbishment in stages. Individual sections were worked separately, always keeping most of the main entrances and services fully operational and accessible.

The project was delivered successfully and on time, despite part of the works being carried out during the pandemic. This was achieved through thorough planning, with particular attention to health and safety.
