Paxton House is the award-winning transformation of a derelict former 1960s office building into a 43 flat sustainable residential block. It was awarded the prestigious AJ Retrofit award in September 2018.
Each apartment has a south or south west facing living space and balcony to allow for passive heat gains and is dual aspect to promote crossflow ventilation.

An angled balustrade design ensuring privacy from neighbouring apartments and adjoining gardens alike, while maximising the open view visible from the interior.

Integration carried out the building services design which included a number of features such as centralised plant, renewable energy generation and movement-activated LED strips which light walkways throughout the building.
