Repton Gardens is multibuilding development ranging from seven to 21 storeys and forms part of Quintain’s 85-acre Wembley Park estate next to the iconic Wembley stadium.

It provides 396 build-to-rent homes with gardens, a BBQ area, children’s play and exercise area, yoga/multi-purpose event room, a dedicated work-from home area, as well as resident’s lounges. This is complemented by 1,000 sqm of ground floor retail space as well as a medical centre and GP surgery over 1,200sqm.

As part of our appointment, we developed detailed “construction-level” 3D models of the three buildings, working closely with the contractor and sub-contractors to deliver exceptionally quality in building services information and drawings.
