Completed in 2020, this high-end mixed use new build is located in the heart of Kensal Green. The scheme features 17 beautifully crafted homes with landscaped gardens, as well as contemporary office space.

Designed to a very high standard, the building interiors feature a combination of craftsmanship and sophisticated minimalism. All apartments were conceived to maximise natural light and access to the sweeping views across the city.

Integration carried out the full design scope and continued to provide design services to the contractor throughout the construction phase. The use of BIM was critical to ensure a smooth and efficient collaboration.
